Is this a chatbot?
No. Each AI employee has a role, a playbook and access to the tools it needs to finish the work: send the follow-up, update the CRM, book the appointment, categorize the expense. Not just answer questions.
What tools do they use?

Can they send things without me?
Only if you say so. By default, anything customer-facing or anything that spends money waits for your approval. You can loosen rules per AI employee once you trust the drafts.
What if a draft is wrong?
Reject it or edit it. Your feedback goes into that AI employee's playbook, so the next draft is closer to what you want.
Does this mean fewer staff?
