What is founding customer pricing?
If you join during launch, your monthly or yearly price stays the same for as long as you stay subscribed, even if our list prices go up later.
Is there really no setup fee?
During launch, setup is $0 on Starter, Team and Department. Standard setup is $299, $499 and $799. Setup covers preparing everything, onboarding (we walk you through connecting your apps and set up your team with you), building playbooks and testing every AI employee before handover.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for 10 months, get 12. Starter is $1,490/yr, Team is $3,490/yr and Department is $5,990/yr.
What counts as an AI employee?
One full job from the roster, like the Sales Rep or the Bookkeeper. Each one handles everything in its job, so a Sales Rep covers lead follow-up, old leads, CRM upkeep, quotes and prospecting. The Team Lead is included with Team and Department and does not count toward your headcount. Need a job that is not on the roster, like an estimator or a project manager? A Custom AI Employee is from $59/mo add-on, quoted after a quick call.
Is usage included?
Yes. Normal day-to-day usage is part of the plan. Heavy usage, like lots of phone minutes or video renders, has a fair-use allowance, and we talk with you before anything would cost more. Phone and voice minutes may have a monthly cap (amount to be announced).
Can I change plans?
Yes. Add or swap AI employees as you grow. Moving between Starter, Team and Department just changes your monthly price.
